Home Made Hires Head of Business Development to Continue Build to Rent Growth
Jo Green, former Director of PRS & Build to Rent at LSL Property Services PRSim, to further develop Home Made’s business-to-business arm, following deal with Vonder Europe.
Home Made, the London prop-tech company changing the way people rent and let properties – today announces the strategic appointment of Build to Rent (BtR) expert Jo Green as Head of Business Development.
Green joins Home Made from prop-tech firm Ideal Flatmate where she was UK sales director, having previously held the role of Director of PRS and Build-to-Rent client services at LSL’s PRSim.
With over 20 years of business development experience, expansive expertise in the sector and in-depth knowledge of the Build to Rent (BtR) space, Green will lead the continued growth of Home Made’s business-to-business arm. Green joins the prop-tech firm to further enhance its property portfolio, which already consists of over four thousand residencies. Home Made’s latest BtR development launched this year called Vonder Village in Brentford, where Home Made and Vonder managed to secure over 50% occupancy rate within only three weeks, achieving rental values 20-25% above comparable local rents.
Launched in 2017, Home Made – now the largest hybrid prop-tech rental provider in London – is bringing trust back to lettings and improving the property rental experience for everyone involved by using a tech-first approach to reduce fees and increase transparency.
