There are many reasons why renters are starting to prefer an all-inclusive rent arrangement. Having one fixed monthly bill (with no nasty surprises from your utility bills), having a strong and reliable WIFI connection, and outsourcing the hassle of setting up accounts with multiple utility providers are all ticks in the pro column as far as busy working tenants are concerned.
